Jimmy has been involved in the sustainable food movement since March 2020. London Veg Boxes was born to serve the whole of London with fresh and seasonal food from a network of small, local and artisan growers. Jimmy' focus is on delivering the highest quality products whilst doing things the right way, which is why you'll only taste produce grown with love by responsible farmers and often with you 24-48 hours after being picked. It’s that fresh. Jimmy is also keen to remove unnecessary packaging and food waste from the supply chain, by reusing boxes and donating surplus food to local good causes.
